1. Are all of your products authentic? All of our merchandise is authentic. They are supplied by authorized dealers and are guaranteed 100% authentic. We DO NOT sell factory variants or fakes. They are shipped to you in their original box with any accessories you would get by purchasing them at your local store. |

4. What is flavorsociety.com's Return Policy? Due to low margins, all sales are final. If for some reason we mistakenly send the wrong color, size or style from the order actually placed, the problem can easily be resolved once we are notified. In an event of a refund, payment will be refund according to method of payment when order was placed. Paypal purchases are refunded immediately. Credit card purchases are refunded back to your card, typically taking up to 5 days to show up on your statement. eChecks are only refunded when check is cleared. Exchanges are done on an individual basis and are not always guaranteed. Exchanges can only possible within 10 days of the original purchase date. Once an exchange is approved, a restocking fee of 20% of each exchanged item will be charged to the customer. Customers are also responsible for any further shipping costs. For any order that is cancelled, there is a $5.00 fee for each item cancelled within the order. |

6. How and When will flavorsociety.com ship my order and how can I track it? Flavor Society ships purchases via United States Postal Service (Priority and Express) and FedEx (Ground, Air and Express). All products and handled and wrapped with care, as we understand some of these items are collectibles and should be delivered in as pristine condition as possible. Domestic shipping and handling is a flat rate of $14 USD, with no additional charges for any additional items purchased within a single order. All single domestic purchases are shipped via USPS Priority Mail and delivered within 24-48 hours of received payment.
Once the order is processed, you will receive an email confirming its shipment, as well as a tracking number. This tracking number can also be obtained through your paypal account. Orders are typically shipped within 24-48 hours of receiving payment. Domestic orders take about 2-4 days, while international orders take about 3-5 days from payment. Flavor Society is not liable for any items lost, stolen or damaged during shipment. Once the products leave our warehouse, the shipping company holds full responsibility. In the event of a product being lost or damaged, we will help by filing all necessary paperwork to initiate an investigation within the shipping company. Replacement products or refunds are not issued until investigation is complete and claim has been issued and paid. |
